Bmw P style wheel with dct paddle work with step?

i have old style pull to upshift push to downshift paddles. I want to buy this steering wheel with the dct paddles on it already, would it work plug and play or would i need a harness or some sort of tinkering needs to be done for it to work or is it not doable at all... any help is appreciated pics below are for reference
