Possible clutch issue?!
Got in the e90 M3 this morning, depressed the clutch to the floor, cranked the car and it started lunging forward (didn't start because I immediately removed the key). The clutch obviously didn't engage and stuck to the floor. I put the car in neutral and cranked it up and pressed the pedal once and it popped right up and I could engage and disengage it freely and could shift through all gears (the 3 I tried). Left the car at home today and took the Acura to work......
Is this a symptom of the clutch going bad or could it be bad/low fluid? I'll check the fluid levels when I get home from work, just seeing if anyone one else had encountered anything like this. I have noticed no slippage at all from the clutch. |
