Have e82 and e87 (hatch) same screw holes on side skirt?

Does anyone know? I am still looking for side diffusers while my car is gone and I found this one from UK vendor

They told me it won't fit e82 m-paket side skirts. Are they right or wrong?

E81 3-door and E82/88 share the same side skirts, not the 5-door hatch
