Lamborghini love

I was at the mall today and drove past this Lamborghini sitting out in the middle of the parking lot. I pulled into my spot and as I was getting out of my car he drove up and said, "awesome M! Do you mind if I get out and take a look at it?"

He got out and we chatted for awhile. Super nice guy. He gave my car all sorts of compliments as he walked around it. I didn't think we ranked up that high with Lamborghini drivers.

You could move to Ohio. Then you could probably afford 5 more M's with the money you'd save on living expenses.

Lambo guy must have been looking for a daily driver beater car.

If I had a Lamborghini Huracan, I'd have an M3 for daily driving and weekend trips to the shore. Lamborghinis are really cool for having them in your garage and driving around town, but other than that, they're not very useful. My friend admits this about his Porsche 911. Although, I think a Porsche 911 is much more suited at being a daily driver than a Lamborghini.

Wow that's crazy! Aventadors start at $500K right? I would've asked that guy what he does for a living as he looks like he's in his 30s. Maybe he's an internet marketer and he could've told you about the 67 Steps he took to achieve health, wealth, and happiness! NAW-Ledge!!

I saw them in the $360-400k range when I looked them up. But realistically, for someone in my price range, $350k or 500k really isn't much of a difference as I can't comprehend either of them. I read once that McLaren payments were around $25k/month.

Wow. Maybe for a P1. For the super series cars (650S, 675LT, 570S) - maybe not LT as its limited edition, but those with a 10% deposit should be no more than 10k a month.

Honestly I've never been mover by a Lamborghini. Porsche, Bentley (the 4 door) or Ferrari for sure, but the Lamborghini is not my cup of tea.

naaa.. I put in 10% and pay less than £ 2k per month for my macca! granted there is a large balloon at the end of 3 years, but I will sell it on and hope there's some equity left in it

get in with a good finance broking house who get various flexible non-regulated deals from lenders (non-face to face). you can work on the GFV or final balloon payment much more effectively compared to regulated contract/lenders

Yeah, I was thinking they would be around 2-3k. 10k was in dollars, and a bit of an overshoot. Seems like you got your mac for a damn good deal mate!

cheers Jovan. harsh £ to $ exchange rate there. not that great a deal when I look at the prices of 650s spyders now all thanks to McLaren coming out with so many bloody new models and screwing over existing customers with too many numbers! oh and the word on the street is that the 650s replacement, P14/720, is quicker than the P1...

sorry OP for thread hijack!

Haha yeah, not a great exc. rate!

I heard that too, P14 is going to be serious.

Of course it will slightly knock the value of the 650S and other models, but yours is a super-series McLaren, and is only a step from the LT.
