Not reading my iPhone 7
So I just bought this 135i is a 2011
and everything works when I connect my iPhone with the USB hub it connects and charges but it says reading then it says not supported what is going on ? Is the idrive out dated does it need a update ?? or??? Please help I would appreciate the help

I have a 2013 and would say you probably need to update your drive software through www.bmw.com/update. I have an iPhone 7+ and it works just fine over Bluetooth for phone or audio and through USB aux port to use apps etc. I typically use Bluetooth though, just more convenient and I don't notice a difference in audio quality.

I had to put the update on a flash drive, then put the flash drive in the glovebox USB port.
