Question about M3 shift knob
Is the shift knob connected to the leather shift boot?
or can the shift knob be easily removed like on a normal E90 / E92 ? |

I bet you want to add your favorite Budweiser beer tap handle as a gear shift.

You can take the shift knob off but the boot is coming too. You should be able to replace the knob but you'll have to also replace the boot. That's ok. There are nice boots you can get like leather that matches the seats. Or maybe even that knob-matching Budweiser pattern. It shouldn't be any harder to replace than in any other BMW.
