The rear door won't open

Hey guys, do any of you know there is a hidden children lock on the rear doors?
Today the rear right door would not open from inside but it could be open from the outside, I had no idea why. My friend told me it might has some kind of security lock but I don't know for sure.

Switch on the door angle return.
Mine gets caught every week at the car wash when they dry the inside of the doors. Switch in up position is child door position down is normal.
Mine is uk spec but assume is same
