Connecteddrive stopped working?

Hello,

I have car for about 2 month and few days ago I started to notice that my "vehicle status" is not updated in iPhone app. It says last refresh 11/30

I tried to send lock/unlock command and it asked for security question. So, I spent good 15 minutes on website, reset security question and it seems like commands going through just fine. But status of the car (gallons/mileage/GPS) is not being refreshed. Anybody had those issues?

Hey, I just noticed the exact same thing. Mine also stoped on 11/30.

Ok, good. I mean not good, but good it's not just me, hopefully they know about problem..

Yup same. You can send commands to the car but the car cannot communicate back to the app. My last update was also Nov 30. Even the map that shows the location of your car is from where I was parked on Nov 30.

Just spoke with BMW "Genius"

Advised well know problem and IT is working on it.

Just checked mine and the app is now updating again.

Maybe they fixed Canada first? Mine is still wrong

No, just opened app after read message from 2kaccordocoupe and yep, it did update. Location, gallons, time, etc all as it should be now

One more thing to call "Genius" about. Re-Installed and mine still isn't working.
