Before I purchase DP's do I have to be Tuned first? I hear a lot about VRSF why are these so popular price? I want to make sure I purchase a good product! Can any dealer DM me prices thanks...

I have VRSF DPs and the fit was perfect. No CEL and I do not have a tune, yet.

If you're going to buy DPs, you best do it asap to take advantage of Black Friday sakes. VRSF happens to have 15% off all their products

You don't have to be tuned for downpipes but you'll get a CEL in your dash if you don't get a tune.

Vrsf. Good quality, good fitment. Make a ton of power if tuned for it!

You will get a cel if not tuned though..and tuned as in the flash or piggyback has an option to suppress the light. For example, some stage 1 piggybacks don't turn the light off (like the jb4 stage 1)

Can't beat the noise dps make. Probably one of the single best performance upgrades on the f80 platform. I enjoyed mine

I've had catless on for two months now with no CEL or tune.

I've had ER downpipes on for almost a year and probably 7k miles and it's only thrown a code twice.

VRSF are the most popular downpipes and one of the highest quality ones as well

You can run the car without a tune, but you will get a CEL, car will still run perfectly

If you plan on getting downpipes soon, i strongly recommend you check out the vendor section for Cyber Monday deals
