New HPFP losing PSI while tuning.

Car is a 1M FBO, stock turbos. HPFP going down to 800psi after 5200 RPM. HPFP is new, and most updated 170 part. LPFP is new stage 2 fuel it and LPFP pressure is consistent. Has anyone else experienced this? Could the new HPFP be bad?

this is pretty normal... its impossible for any manufacturing process to be 100% perfect sounds like your issue, being it was with a new pump is not inherently in the design of the pump but a rather a manufacturing defect you just got unlucky.

the pump ending in 170 is very reliable when compared to any of the previous revisions.

glad you got it all sorted

Yes sir. I am a Porsche tech, and don't want some kid straight out of UTI working on my car. Or anyone other than me, working on my car.
