iPhone 6 connectivity issues?

I just picked up my car last week and I don't have Apple Play. Sometimes I can play off my playlist, and sometimes I can't. The weird part is that I can see my album on the display on my car so I know they are communicating.

Anyone have/had the same issue?

New or used? U shouldn't have any of these issues with a iPhone 6. My wife has a iPhone 5s believe it or not and it works fine also. If it were me I'd un-pair, delete car from the iPhone and re-pair. See the following link if used:

Works great plugged into center console USB. I think BT sounds like crap.

Make sure your wifi and bluetooth are both turned on and connected or Apple Car play won't work. I have a 6 plus and works fine on my 17 M2.

Do this- "Reset network settings" on your iPhone AND delete the device from your car's stored bluetooth devices.

Then re-add the device.

I have connectivity issues with my BT music sometimes, usually when I update the software on the iPhone.

This solves it every time

PS. I have a 6s

iDrive has always been icky with Bluetooth.

I usually switch to radio then back to media and it starts working again.

I've done the iPhone networking reset too. It works but beware all your wifi settings have to be entered again among a few other things that pop up.

Oh. And try the simplest thing first. Turn your phone off and then back on.
