Mats for the 2008 M3

Picked up my new 2008 M3. Dealership told me M floor mats are back- ordered. Anyone else have this problem ?

I got mine (3/14), but heard there were no more coming after that for a while.

I picked up my car on Friday. I asked my CA a week or so before that to install the M mats and he got them without any problem. That said, my car is a sedan and the mats are different in the sedan and coupe; perhaps this is only an issue on the coupes, which seem to be coming through in greater number

M3 mats are very nice and well worth getting.

No problem for me when I picked mine up on 3/27. I didn't even have to ask for them. They were in the trunk when I picked up the car! Nice job South Bay BMW!

Did they give you anything in the mean time?

I always fit mats into my deals, and reminded my CA about 2 weeks back about having these when my car arrives, and not there after. Cross my fingers he ordered these; as I don't want to keep reiterating myself.

They where included in my purchase although the selling dealer has not received them yet - they owe me a set as soon as they arrive. I "borrowed" a set from a regular 3 series. I really wanted the matching mats though and hunted them down at another dealer. So, in the end I will have an extra set. I have an AW E90 M3 (sedan).

i bought my car back on 3/14...still waiting. said that it would be in this friday. This is from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach....but theyve given me free sunshade, keychain, M polo shirt, car cover, and a tank of gas to make up for it. so im ok

First they got me with my M3 order, then the 19 inch rim issue, now this....BMW is really testing my cool.

Yep.. I had the plastic on for a while then they gave me temp mats till the M's come in..

my dealer gave me rubber mats...was just wondering if anyone else had these BMW rubber mats.

No mats for me either, my CA informed me that some of his M6 customers waited a month before getting theirs. I just went to O'Reilly and spent $20 on some redneck black rubber ones with flames. I'll take pix.
