M3 seat width at widest setting comfortable?
M3 seat width at widest setting comfortable? I was wondering if the seats at the sides are tight or at the widest setting comfortable?
I sat in a 3 / 1 series and the seats seems tight around the sides but looks like the m3 seats I sat in a convertible seemed fine at the widest setting Any thoughts on this, from e90/E92 owners? |

Dude I can see you are new and did not get the memo
All those nice people in Europe, over sea's, Mexico and every part of the world got Euro seat bottoms that fit more snug against your thighs and butt. The American seats are the 335i seat bottoms, While everyone was distracted by the 19inch tire and M-DCT delay BMW decided to be slick and since Europeans think all Americans do is eat all the time are fat and have big behinds they gave us the 335i seat bottom which is wider and all Americans big, small, slim,or fat, behind can sit in the seat with no problem. They tried to say it was a safety issue. Sure....okay I got it lets say if you are big and you get hit on the side then you would need more than the jaws of life to get you out of the Euro seat bottom What ever here are some pics and see for yourself and then go back to the dealer take a look at the M3 seat bottom and the 335i sport seat bottom they will have no line down the middle. The Euro seat bottom has a line oh well don't take my word ...... Here you go.
