what will/have you ordered? Sedan or Coupe?

I am curious the % of buyers. if you have bought or ordered one which was it. this is not a popularity contest or whcih you think is better. merely statitics. I recall that the e36 M3 Sedan sold equal to the Coupe eventho it was only sold two years here in the USA.

Although I could use a 4 door for the kids, I think I'll enjoy the coupe for myself!

All M3's should be coupe. The sedan looks like a normal 3 Series.

I'm getting a coupe. I already have an E46 sedan I'm keeping, although it's a 330i not an M3 obviously.

In a recent poll, the sedan was said to be better looking by 32% of those voting in the poll. I can not see anyone who thinks the sedan looks better buying the coupe. Then, when you add those that need foor doors for work, family or other practical uses, I would have thought those buying sedans would number between 40-50% in this poll.

Although it does seem like sedan lovers are more passionate about expressing their preferance for its looks over the coupe. This might account for some of the difference or it just might be early in the poll voting.

Polling on this forum is like polling in one State. The majority of M3 buyers do not spend their time on forums. Not really scientific but more for fun.

e90 for me...
have an e92 and need the extra doors for the lil one
believe it or not, w/ owning the 335i the M3 coupe sounds outta place...
sounds funny, but the coupe just looks like an I6 and the growl of the V8 seems outta place to me..
but love that M3 engine!
im going to swap in a few months...

Stoked on the M3

Coupe is the way to go unless you have someone sitting in the back always.

Did you order yet par4? I feel very fortunate that I can add the M3 to our household of 2 car enthusiasts! (what happens when 2 car nuts get married!)

No, I can not order until winter. Picked up a Jeep and been having a blast with mods. AZ is a great place for one, lots of trails and great to leave the top off. Plus the Golden LOVES it! Have two Lexus leases that term early '09. The wait is killing me, but at least I have this site.

The M3 sedan is such an incredible "family" car! You went with the moonroof, do any of your other cars let you enjoy the sun?
