If you just need an alignment then any standard laser rack is all you need. If you also need corner balance and ride height adjustment then West End for sure.

I've taken all my cars to West End. I haven't been to EAS for an alignment, but I have for other things and they are good as well.

If you're looking for a track alignment and corner balance +1 for West End. For a normal street alignment it shouldn't matter much where you get it done.
