Race videos with interesting outcomes

Hello all,

These are some friendly races that I thought had interesting outcomes.

My M4 has the JB4 tune on Map 2 and Downpipes.

991 GT3 is Stock.
E63S has tune, downpipes, and race gas. Also has one passenger.

As many of you may notice, the E63S driver didn't have a good start on both races. But nonetheless, I think its impressive that the M can hang with such a powerful car (claimed 650whp+).

Bonus vid is my buddy's ATS V with custom tune and downpipes. Sorry for the shitty iPhone vids!

A jb4 f8x is a fast car! But no way in hell is a NA car that is prob 450 whp (generous) getting 200 more whp from a tune and downpipes and gas...

I bet the car isn't making over 500whp

Actually I thought he said the gt3 was 650 whp not the e63. E63 is heavy but pretty quick once modded. Great race.

Just an observation but the e63 was in the wrong gear. As he's honking, he's in 2nd gear and on wot, he up shifts to third and rpms drop to 3k. Not making excuses a win is a win, just trying answer op's question

AFAIK, a jb4 m3/m4 with downpipes should be solidly putting down ~480whp and have an amazing area under the curve from ~5500-7000 rpms - i.e. it's not needing to hit peak before it hits that power level, it offers more power across the entire spread than most other cars. It'll be around ~3550-3600 pounds in DCT mode.

Now to me an interesting aspect is that the c63 amg is geared more aggressively. It's gears and final drive ratio are shorter.

That's very impressive then. That's a low 11 second quartermile and low 3 second 0-60 car. Not that it's designed for that, but it is relevant in the context of the videos being a straight line rolling drag race.

Weighed at 3,450 pounds with 1/4 fuel. 70,000 miles as of February 2020.
