Puddle lights and USA spec

For USA folks that have received their car ... can you tell me if you have the puddle lights below the door handles as seen here. I did a quick search and only saw references to these from folks in the UK.

My 335 coupe has them, so I have to believe the M3 does, too.

m3 should have them...but i don't think there are many pics of them around the forum.

My M3 has them too. It also has the ambiance lighting on the inside, all along the interior of the doors. Looks very sharp at night!

I guess to illuminate the ground at night so you can avoid stepping on unwanted things.

Also it turns on when you unlock your car i believe.

Also helps to quickly see the handle!!! My car also has kelyess go lock and open by you putting your hands close to the hadle. Don´t even have to touch it. Its rather nice!!!

Sedan also has the LED puddle lights on the door handles.

Only E92 has ambient lights, E90 doesn't has it.
