Need your guys great advices

Hi guys my name is Cosmo, i've been on this forum for last 4 years, Well to get the post going, I really need you guys advices, I'm currently on the list for the E92M3 coupe DCT in Hong Kong for 2 years and the price in HK is about 1,500,000=roughly 187,500 USD, and i'm in a rough situtation here guys, i'm thinking about switching to a 135i, due to the M3 price difference compare to US, Since Hong Kong have about a 100%tax on all cars, but the price is still way higher compare to other country, and the 135i is much so cheaper is around 50,000 USD, this is much fair. BUT I love the M3 is such a great car, i own the E46 M3 and loved it more than anything, Guys please help me out here.Just tell me is the 135i a car than can satisfy me with its performace, thank you for you advices and I want to congrat all those new
M3 owners, and thank you again

welcome to the forum. I have an M3 and I drove a 135i the other day and I think it is a great car. But it is nothing like the m3 to drive and own. Keeping the price difference in mind, I think the 135i is much more worth the price.

And what about a 335? 187k for a M3 is way too much. If you can get a 135 or 335 for 50k, then is a no brainer.

LOL Its your money and you'll be the only one driving whatever you choose. Sorry... I guess only you can answer your question.

My only advice would be Testdrive...

Especially with the crazy gas prices there, you should definately consider a 135i. Probably can be easily mod-ed and it can smoke an M3 if you're after performance. Or, you can consider the GT-R. I've seen several of them around when I was back there in February and they looked fantastic.

Exclamation

$187,500.00 USD

I'd definitely buy a 135i Coupe instead!

This isn't mentioned much at all on this forum, as it is considered blasphemous by some, but have you considered buying the M3 used after some time has passed.

If you test drive both and deem that only the M3 will do, there is no reason to think that you must have it now. Ask anyone here that has been waiting and finally received their cars. The anticipation is a very exciting piece of the experience. So while you look around for a good used deal on a car that was properly taken car of, just think of it as though your on the waiting list.

Then again, if after you've tested both and you think the 135i is good enough then just go that route and save yourself some hours of spent time.

Either way you go, you definitely need to go to a dealer and put alittle seat time into both cars.
