Lots of M4's around.

I live in a place called Chart Sutton on the outskirts of Maidstone and I'm a little gutted as there seems to be loads of M4's and M3 local. Any of you guys from around here?

Are they becoming quite common in your opinion ?

Barely any in the Oxfordshire area, see one or two regularly at the most.

Really have to go further out to London/Surrey to see more of em, pretty rare in my opinion.

Two MW, one YMB and one black regulars down my way, near Caterham in Surrey. One of the above is M3.

I live in Los Angeles so maybe I don't count but I see an M3 or M4 at least daily. Mostly M4's and a couple CP's!

That cos they're cheap over there!

Looking on the USA BMW website base price of an M3 is $65500 which is around £44k!!
In the UK a base M3 is £56600 which is $81000. I know we may get some kit as standard such as adaptive suspension but still.......I guess this standard kit still doesn't come to £12k's worth of extras.

I've just flown back from LA, I saw F80 3 x M4 and one M3 on west sunset Blvd as I was staying at the Mondrian, but didn't see any more on my travels around the city.

True dopper, but all cars are cheaper over there so it's all relative to what the Americans are used to paying.

911 starts at £62k even with the current exchange rate, a few months ago it would have been £54k.

Although you have to factor in the sales taxes into the MRSP I think?

Never see them where I love, think I've seen two since launch. See a few in Reading but they have one of the largest dealers in Europe here and heaps of M4s, mostly CPs and in all the coolest colours.

That's nothing here in London they use them as disposable bin bags!

There are 35 million cars in the UK about 4000 of them are M4s so it's still pretty rare car by any standards.

IIRC there are about 1250 F80 M3s and I do see them from time to time maybe 1 a week but I drive all over the place.

I don't see any reason to be gutted though?
