Fix Front License Plate Holes
Previous owner drilled (not elegantly) into the bumper. What are my options?
Worst case, thinking of leaving it and getting a "move over' plate for the front. - |

If you search around, there are companies offering "bumper plugs" that pop into that space. They're color coded.

I carefully used a razor blade to trim the bumps and make them as flat as possible, then used some touchup paint to paint where I trimmed and inside the holes. With a darker color like blue, this method makes the holes a lot less visable so I am content with the outcome.

Why not just get your front bumper repainted? Perfect time to delete your side markers for a "euro look" and I'm sure you have rock chips so you would be killing three birds with one stone

I'm OP for the diy article linked above, and still think it's best option besides full fill/respray.
