Do you fit the BMW stereotype?? aka douchebag

A lot of my friends aren't into cars so they wouldn't know a honda accord compared to a m3 but they obviously know a bmw is more expensive. They also know i've always been into cars and that i would drive a turbo charged honda civic and be just as happy driving that as i probably would a m3.

it's funny i personally would never buy a new 320 bmw. i'd rather drive a higher end model that's a few years old.

but i do have a m3 t shirt, bmw coffee mug....i'd probably do that with any brand car i own.

some of the bmw owners i've met are complete morons..

it's funny my neighbor who i'm now very good friends with first saw me driving my e46 m3 and thought that guy must be a douche bag.

Any how just another boring Monday morning thread

Depends on who you ask. In my defense, I'm driving my first BMW at the moment, but I've always been this way!

If you buy one, you just have to own up to all the shit baggage that comes with it.

You mean obnoxiously revving/downshifting past every pedestrian or car with their windows down to prove dominance. I guess I fit the stereotype

Oh yes, rev-matching at a stop light is a must.

You have to get the heal-toe practice when you can. I find I get more grief from other drivers when I'm a normal human being, as soon as I switch into douche baggery, no one bats an eye.

This is my relationship with cops. Only when I'm simply trying to get home before or after work, is when I get pulled...

Sometimes... This morning on my commute into the office I def fit the profile... All the damn out-of-state vacationers driving slow and don't know where they are going! Thankfully there are plenty of single dotted line passing points in the drive to work... One morning I passed 5 cars in a row!

Other days I got the windows down and the radio blastin just cruising...

And yes I have several pairs of driver shoes, including the M3 Pumas, BMW Windbreakers, hats, golfbag, etc...\

Total car queer!

it seems like most of the other people in this thread, the car found me, like two bro's wearing the same shirt we were attracted to each other, shouting "stripes!?" "STRIPES!?" and becoming best buddies.

As my daily, I try to undo the sterotype and use my blinkers, allow people to pass in front and give others lots of chances. Once I'm with my boys at night, I become douchebag #1.

Since buying the M3 a couple of months ago I have been wearing only BMW logo clothing, replaced my screensavers and wallpapers with M3 pictures, put up M3 posters in my garage, tailgating at 80mph, neglecting to signal turns and lane changes, doing burnouts at every traffic light and 4-way stop and I'm about to swap my Seiko for a TAGHeuer.
