Who lets there dog in their e9X M's?
I just picked up a alpine white e92 and have yet to let my 6 month old golden retriever in the car. I'm scared of the leather getting scuffed up or having blond hairs all over the place. I understand this isn't a audi wagon or truck, but it would be cool to have the pup ride in the M sometime. If you have a pup and let them ride in the car do you have any sort of seat covers or anything of that kind to protect the interior?

According to Joe, you're a pleb if you let your dog inside your M3.

I get worried about my 4 year old lab when he gets near my car with my windows down or trunk open. As soon as he sees a vehicle that is open, he hops inside for some reason thinking its his own. Once I left my parents escalade door open because I needed to grab something and he hopped into the drivers seat and wouldn't move.

My dogs are too big now otherwise I would, lol. 80lb husky and a 75lb german shepherd mutt. When they were pups, I used to throw them in my 350Z and watch them play in the hatch and work their way to the passenger side.

I bought this for my dog (70 lbs Shepherd Mix): https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...r/52300416248/
It's pricey, but I bought a cheap dog cover for my DD and it's really annoying because it doesn't stay put. I figured I'd splurge on the M3 and get the OEM cover. It's pretty awesome. Here's another thread with photos: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=497827 |

I have a 100lb doberman that sits in the front all the time(atleast 3times a week.) I have a harness for her that has a seat belt latch attached.

My previous pit I did because he was a mush and would lay on the floor up at front seat. He passed and now my current one is a pain and she likes to constantly move on the seats, all nervous and never sits still. She's only allowed in the SUV in the trunk.

I had a sticky button as well due to my wife spilling a coffee on a road trip... I sprayed some glass cleaner around the button and let it soak for about 10 min and then soaked it up... Not the button works normal...

i have a 50 pound husky/shepherd mix. i just throw a beach towel over the back seat. i lay a separate towel over the door sill while my dog steps into the rear of the car to avoid scratching that area. i use leather master cleaner to wipe up the occasional drool. no big deal.

All you need is a pet hammock or a big enough comforter for like 30 bucks. Lay it down in the back and your dog will be pretty comfortable and fall asleep like a baby
I travel with my Fox Red Labrador (he's on the small side about 55 lbs) a few dozen times during the year and he loves it. I had the BMW pet cover which was amazing, but a huge PITA to put on. I'd rather be quick with it and throw a towel on top of the seats. |

I have the oem cover too. It's great. It covers all the surfaces in the back. The dog can't touch anything but the glass and the headliner.
I leave it in the car all the time. Kind of looks like a rear seat delete and the seatbelts still function. Not that anyone other than my pupper sits in the back anyway. I even bought some fabric velcro and fitted the cover to the sides so it looks clean and professional. My only gripe -- The front seatback cover doesn't fit the BMW performance seat. Good thing pupper lays down and goes to sleep back there. |

To be fair, it would be a very different story if pupper went after the headliner or nosed the side windows back there. Edit: Purchased the clip. Thanks vincE92M3. |

Zeus goes for rides. It's a car. It can be cleaned or replaced. A good dog is irreplaceable.
