Debadging Front Grill
I'm thinking of getting a debadged front grill.
Anyone have any links to F8x style grills (double slats) but without the badge? Also this side things on the wings, whatever the correct term is for these things. TIA

Can I asked what the reasoning and thinking behind debadging is?
For me, I'm proud to show I own an M3/4 and only thought the reason to debadge was to fool people into thinking your car is better than it actually is, which isn't need with the M's... |

Did you ever initially do it for a reason though and then it just became a habit? Or is it that you simply like the way the car looks without badges?
They're all too keen to throw M badges on everything these days which steals some of the thunder of true M cars... |

It should look nice and clean the front then. Wish we didn't have to put registration plates on the front of our cars either as the F8*'s look so good without them!

Question: Re the front badge, is the badge on the opposite kidney if it is a LHD car? |

My F80 on order is coming from factory with no badges. The front will be first on my list as annoyingly isn't an option!
My 2014 M235i had no badges. I guess I was trying to be an M4 then? Who knows what goes on in people's heads! Always has to be a negative rational... I've lost countless cloths in the past that have ripped on the corners of badges. Besides in Germany and Austria there is no badge snobbery that the UK seemingly suffers. Besides, Badges? |
