Driver side pillar molding

Looking to DIY and remove this pillar molding and replace with new. My cracked doing something stupid

Has anyone done this before, if so please provide some advice?

Did you check ecs tuning? They sell a lot of the factory interior parts... And exactly what were you doing to break that piece?
