Contacting Carly

I've tried to send messages from the app, to trainer@mycarly, and one or two other addresses. Each one bounces back as undeliverable. Is anyone else having issues? If not what email addresses are you using?

Hi there, had the same issues and found out that their site was down, tried it two more times and was able to reach them over email.
Try it again, should work.

VSIX, thanks for the update. I finally received a response. it wasn't what I wanted to hear, but oh well. It seems that I have an FRM with an error in the boot sector and Carly will not reset it as the possibility with the module bricking is quite high.

Oh man, at least Carly pointed it out, that something is wrong with your module.
Such an informations upfront are "gold".
Think about it, from one second to another your car starts acting up. You have to visit the dealer, usually it takes multiple visits until the issue is known. Then you usually pay triple the money, for an module.
As for me, Iam convinced that Carly is something, that saves us all alot of money. For now and even much later down the road.
