I had Alex at Alpine code my car remotely today. (alex@alpinemss.com) SOOO much nicer.

Disabled Active Sound (a truly stupid idea)
Radio & iDrive shutdown when door opened
Unlock all doors when engine shut off
Removed Seat Belt chimes
Added flashing brake lights for panic stops
Added Door LEDs when in reverse
Added Adaptive high beams
Euro Transmission shift points
Euro Engine tune
Euro traction control (more lenient)
Ring tone transfer from iPhone
Map update

Took an hour. Car drives amazingly and noticeably better. Striking how much of the personality comes from SW.
