Cool rough cold start after engine swap, no fuel now

been out for a while guys, long story short I let someone take over payments on my 08 E92 M3, he spun 2 bearings and ruined the crankshaft.
Found a short block on eBay for $3500, it sat for a over a year and had bad fuel in it. Initially it kept getting a 27cF and a 27A6 faults, but wanted to run the bad fuel out of it.
Once we did and got fresh fuel the faults never returned but had all 8 cylinders missing on every dead cold start up, then clear codes and restart it rev then it to 2000 rpms for about 30 seconds and it would run amazing until the next dead cold start up.
Now the codes have come back along with a 2B51 and it is acting like it is starved for fuel, we did a fuel pressure test a month ago and had 5-6 BAR upon start up, but was getting some bleed off when we pinched the hose. So replaced all 8 injectors thinking the bad fuel messed them up.
I was thinking the EKP may have finally pooped out, you guys every replace the fuel pump control module? or the fuel pump for that matter, will the fuel pump on the E9x M3 leave faults if it straight up fails? thanks, tired of throwing parts at this thing

What is the fuse you did replace?

I am getting 278D Alternator, communication and the car is always dead when cold start. I have to take out the temperature coolant sensor ,so it starts because he think it is warm.

Not really the same symptoms, but after a swap I did I was getting a non start symptom. Sometimes would start, sometimes wouldn't and when it did start it ran perfect, didn't throw any codes at any point. My issue ended up being a ground point on the passenger strut tower. Once I moved it to the correct point, no issues ever since, starts every time. I know this probably isn't the issue, but everyone's input is sometimes helpful.
