Te37 help

Considering purchasing some te37 and had a few questions. Tires setup I want to run is r888, at least for the rears 100%. My goal is to have the most optimal traction so if I can put a wider tire that would be best.

Looking for 295/35/18 for rears, if I'm looking at 10.5 in the te37 what's the best offset to choose ? I read anything under et25 will rub.

For fronts I'm not positive on size yet but probably 265/40 or 265/35. Want to get the te37 in a 9.5. What would be the best offset for a "flush" fitment? Really don't want to run spacers.

Thank you for the help

Are you stock? Remember having wider tires doesn't always give you the most traction....There's a limit to where you're just adding more weight and not gaining anymore traction.

You can go with the +22 offsets. Rear may rub a little depending on if you're lowered. Can be solved by adding a little camber.

I ran 18x10.5 et 20 rears with a Hankook rs3 in the rear 285/35/19. I was extremely low in the rears and the rubber was just tucking. I feel as if a 295 in a semi slick would rub if you were dropped on coils. This is just my personal experience from my alignment setup and tire specs.

If you were not on coils that is another story and it may fit... Also a little extra camber may fit.

Here is a picture of 285/35 rs3

As a track dedicated setup I would say a 285 rear and a 265 front would be perfect with absolutely not fender modifications needed (I ran a 18x9.5 front et22 with a 265)

Supercharged AA level 3. Looking for optimal street traction not really tracking too much

Gotcha. Thank you will look into it. There's a set with et35 front and et25 back. Thinking the back would be perfect but I would have to run spacers in front for flush fit correct ?

et35 is on the conservative side, and yes you may have to run a spacer or risk rubbing the strut. Id look into a Macht Shnell stud conversion kit front and rear, so you can run regular lug nuts and have the possibility to run virtually any reasonably sized spacer you want.

Honestly, I'd wait for a set with +22 front and +20 rear offsets

That's the front offset I want, but for rears wouldn't 20 be too aggressive to fit a 295? With no rub ?

When I get my car back I'll have to look. I'm running 285 continental DW's and they don't rub. I'm thinking I can afford 5mm more in front and behind the current tire.
