use Alex@Alpine...he does remote coding and is priced very competitively. He did coding for me about a year ago.

I would buy the cable for $25 on eBay and use the factory software to code it yourself. It comes in handy for battery registration, code reading/resets, etc. There's a VM on the E90post that is preconfigured with all the software tools if you don't want to spend a few hours installing them.
