Burping sound new X5M

Hi guys...

I just picked up my X5M last night and after driving it home, the car started to make this burping/popping sound. I can't exactly pin-point where its coming from but it happens when the car is at a complete stop like entering my garage.

I've tried turning off the audio, changing the audio source and its still doing it. I have the auto start-stop deactivated.

I'm pretty sure its just my car and I have an appointment to bring it in tomorrow but I just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this.

Thanks in advance

Were you in Sport Mode and hard on the throttle or downshifted? If so, normal.

No car was at a complete stop when it happens. Car was driven lightly and not hard at all.

The car stopped making the noise the next day so for now it seems the car fixed itself. But I will monitor and update the thread if it does come back.

The armchair mechanic in me says bad fuel (water in fuel).
