Extended Maintenance Upgrade Pkg

For awhile now I have been singing the praises of the extended maintenance agreement as a tremendous value for those of us who are high mileage drivers and/or who plan on keeping the vehicles. As of January 2016, BMW now offers an additional option of an extra 3yrs or 75000 miles vs the 2yr/50000 option. A fellow chat member hooked me up with his buddy at a BMW service center and got me a deal. THANK YOU!
Lets see: 7 extra oil changes, front and rear brakes w/rotors TWICE, 8 spark plugs, coolant flush, trans fluid, 2 brake fluid flushes, and how many battery replacements??? If its in the book its covered. I figure I'm good til Jan 2020
NOTE: You will need a key scan

UPDATE: You can have one for $100 over cost
Retail for extra 2yr/50K $2295, cost $1820
Retail for extra 3yr/75K $3230, cost $2710. I paid $2800

Unless he meant that he's covered if his brakes break.

This is something I may have to consider, too depending on the price. Can you share general pricing?

I'm interested in cost as well. I am planning on buying an extended maintenance plan in a couple months after I relocate to Texas

Does this just include maintenance or does it extend my warranty as well?

I am talking about maintenance only, extending the 4yr/50K program that is included as part of the new car warranty. Extended mechanical warranties, at different levels are available but I feel they are a waste of money. I say take the money you would have spent on the extended mechanical warranty and use it for needed repairs that would have been covered. I'll bet you come out ahead by a lot. Its certain the extended maintenance upgrade will save you plenty.

Are coolant flushes covered under the maintenance package? I thought BMW considers them to be "lifetime" fluids.

Your PMs didn't work. Says you posted a comment on my wall or something.

With all the interest here, perhaps just post the ballpark figure vs specific deal you got?
I smell group buy.
