Main Fuse Location Help? /completely lost all power

My dumbass forgot to to disconnect the battery terminal when I was working on the car, I accidently touched a wrench to the positive Battery post under the hood, next thing was a big spark and now absolutely no power to anything.

Anyone know where the main fuse is located (I am guessing trunk area?), amp rating and/or a part number would also be very helpful?

thanks in advance

There are three fuse box locations, one in trunk area underneath the carpet (Z2), and the front fuse/relay module (Z7) in front passenger side in engine bay behind glove box (you have to remove the plastic cover with the battery positive cover, unscrew three plastic screws CCW 90deg, remove plastic rivet) and the third one is the battery fuse block (Z3?).

In the rear fuse box, there's a paper with some description, but don't think there's anything relevant there.

Just thinking out loud, check the battery voltage at the battery with a multimeter. There's an internal battery separating switch inside the LiFePO4 battery that protects it from short circuit by opening, and assuming no fuse/relay/xxx blew, the only way to close it again, is to apply a lithium approved charger to the battery which can detect low voltage (<0.5V) or a booster pack. It is possible that there's no blown fuse, as the hood positive terminal is most likely directly connected to the battery?

FYI: always have a wrench protected with insulated tape when working around battery or power posts.

Its not a fuse. The surge protection on the Lithium battery has kicked in and cut power.

You can try powering up the car with a charger on the underhood terminals and read/clear codes through OBD2, which should reset the battery. Otherwise, it will need to be reset at your dealer.

+1, but in my case when my battery decided for mysterious reasons to disconnect itself, the roadside assistance boosted my car and it started up no issues. There was no need to clear the stored faults, it may be different in this case but the doc only state to apply < 14V to get the battery's isolating/separating switch to close again.

Thanks Tom,
I re connected the battery lead & everything worked... the only remaining issue is now the drivers side window will no longer come down 1/2" as its supposed to when I open the door....so if I close the door with the window all the way closed it it sticking up to high and hits the door frame. Is there a reset procedure for the door window that I can do or must a dealer do that?
