22" Hre S104

Does anyone know if the X5M that HRE has on their website has different suspension "lowered"??? I own a 50i with Msport and adaptive rear suspenion and I am wondering if the wheel gap will be the same??

I'm expecting a quote on the wheels and hopefully be placing the order if I can get them at a discount.

That is def. lowered. My guess on H&R springs

Those wheels if i had to guess will run about 10K per set. Maybe even more....

That is lowered on H&R for sure. Same drop as mine.
That S104 sticker price will be north of $10k.
The P104 that I had was $10k sticker price. Plus that S104 have custom finish which adds up.
Let me know how much you get quoted for and I'll see if I can do better.

Insane how much HRE's prices has gone up over the years. I had a set of 19" HRE 448's back 10 years ago for about 4200 per set.

I don't know if you can say that it is uncomfortable. Do you have 22" in your X5 and dropped on H&R?
I do and I daily drive it with my wife, kids, and in-laws, sometime my friends and customers took a ride in it. None of them ever said that it is uncomfortable.
BUT!!!, when you drop it on H&R and you are on stock 20" with RFT, that's when it gets to be uncomfortable.

I know, their brand is like Brembo. Trusted across the community. So they can just raise up the price and people will still buy it.

Point taken however one would be insane to do have those in the NYC Tri state area.

Especially on the horrid highways and city streets
Those rims are meant for California dreaming pch 101

Not saying the op is in NY, but no way I am comfortable with anything over 20 here no less on RFTs

Definitely lowered. You can always contact WheelsBoutique and confirm the setup in those photos. I got a quote from them last year on some HRE P101's...the dollar hasn't worsened heavily since then...makes for a costly endeavor!

It is just a matter of habit of driving.
After years driving a lowered car with wheels, you tend to know where are the pot holes or bumps in your routinely driven route. If you goes to a new area, you just kept a good lookout on those obsticles.
I don't really know how bad are the roads in NY, but in West LA, the roads are not that pretty either.

You would be surprised at how everyone with 22" wheels say that the ride is more compliant and comfortable than the stock 20" wheels with RFT.
