Comp Pack OEM Rear Badge *Update 2 with M3 AND M4 part#*

So, since the comp pack will include a rear model badge in black, should we expect to see this available in the parts fiche? I can't seem to find it online yet, does anyone have access to an updated parts list? And before anyone says these are available from IND, etc...I am aware, was just curious if it could be purchased from BMW and how the cost would compare.

*UPDATE*

I'd like to know as well as I'd prefer OEM.

I have obviously, wasn't complexly satisfied with the run off paint due to me being too much of a perfectionist. Nothing is going to beat OEM quality

Will likely be less expensive as well. The OEM's are getting smart. Offering stuff the aftermarket has been doing for years.

Exactly...the current chrome OEM badge can be had for $20-ish, so I would assume the new one would be similarly priced, vs $75 for the IND.

I have the black badge on my car and everyone always tells me I should go back to stock or debadge. I guess i can say they have it from the factory now at least.

These?
Do they fit on the oem non-M Performance Exhaust? Would you snap a close up pic from behind, so I can see how they are fitted? Thanks in advance!

Just did mine a few hours ago. Was a real bitch but love how it looks now. They just take the place of the OEM tips. Same size and shape and everything.

Ok, so here is the update....part number has been found. It is now available to order from ECS or GetBMWParts. At this time it is backordered, and they have no idea when it will be available, as we assume most, if not all, of the inventory is going to the assembly line for the comp pack cars. Once your order is in, though, they will ship as soon as BMW Germany fills the order.

Great detective work. Is that an M3 or M4 badge? I'm assuming M3?

Actually, I tried finding the corresponding M4 badge part number, and one isn't listed. Not sure why the M3 badge would be the only one showing up.

Should be only the M3 badge and its about $50 cheaper than IND.

Forget about the crazy shipping charge that IND also tacks on.

If I would have not known when BMW was coming out with the Comp Package I surely would have waited.

Guess IND will have to lower its INSANE prices, but they won't because people will be still be stupid and purchase from them.

Rant over.

^ second that even with a discount they are extremely over priced. I just buy oem if im going to pay similar prices and get better quality and pick it up at my local dealer instead of paying 20 bucks to ship a small box usps that takes 3 days to nj.
