Just got a flat... now what?

So late last night as I was pulling into my place I got an alert from iDrive that my pressure was low in a tire. I watched as it dropped 2psi ever 2-3seconds. I park the car in my spot and see that the car has a huge shard of metal in the inside sidewall of my rear tire. Its leaking really bad. I pull the shard out and the hissing slowed.

Now the tire is is to totally flat but its low. I read in the manual that using the mobility kit provided could break the TPMS. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I just chance it and try to take it to the closest place for a new tire?

I dont really want to tow it to the dealership because we all know their prices are inflated to no end.

I have just found out that the tire is totally sold out. Im lost about what to do now.

Ok I have decided to just tow it to a dealership and let them deal with finding me a replacement. That way at least I get a loaner.
