E92 M3 possible purchase

57 plate 2008 manual model, a tad under 48k miles in Silverstone 11, black leather etc. non EDC.
£22k, a BMW AUC car with full years BMW warranty.
Too expensive guys? I think so but does look good and nice miles.
Was looking to pay up to £20k but this was mentioned to me and has caught my eye. It would only be used when i'm off work so most probably the car would only cover 3k miles a year max so would only be on approx 60k miles if I kept it for 4 years.
Thoughts and comments appreciated...

Seems expensive especially without EDC. I woukd not pay for than £21 at a push with a good amount of warranty on it

If it had EDC abd DCT and upgrade sounds etc it woukd be worth that money. Don't be afraid to go a little higher on milage as these engines are pretty much bullet proof. I paid £25k for mine

Sparking graphite 58k with DCT and EDC, fox novillo interior, Bluetooth, pdc on rear and front with performance spoiler and splitter with 3 year warranty. This was not from BMW though.

Just enquire about the throttle actuator problem and make sure you warranty cover it as this seems to be the only real problem. Also even though low milage make sure it's has its services as per the guidance

Hmm, I'd be tempted to look about. Year's AUC warranty could come in handy but doesn't sound like it has a perticularly desireable spec, not the best of coulours either i'd say.

AUC warranty should cover throttle actuators.

Slightly overpriced but imo it's worth paying a bit more for an AUC car. The warranty is much cheaper to extend and will increase the resale price.

Bought one at last 3 weeks ago and loving it so far.
2008 Space grey E92, just under 44k mls, manual, EDC, heated black leather, folding mirrors, PTW exhaust mod etc.
The only complaint is the 19" 220 style Diamond cut wheels, a fair bit of curb rash especially near side. I cannot decide whether to have them refurbed as standard, have them powder coated/painted maybe a different colour or buy some new after market wheels like the CM 359 style rims.
Any suggestions with the wheels guys?

I like stock, been quoted circa £550 to have Diamond Cut to stock finish, £400 to Powder Coat. I am tempted with the Avantgarde M359's for not a great deal more monies than having my 220's Diamond Cut.
What colour to go for on a Space Grey M3 if I go for the 359's?
Hyper Silver, Satin Black or Gun Metal?
They all look good to me...
