I suppose it depends a little on the exterior color but definitely not for me.

I find it hilarious that people here will love a "baby blue" car, or rave about the more extreme individual colors and then act like this grill is the craziest thing they've ever seen.
It's not for me, but I think it'd look ok once you see actually on a car. |

Not a fan of it but it's all about your personal taste and what color car you will be putting them on. Be different and unique

My cars black, just working on a wrap design,
I've made its stealth during day and illuminates at night or you can control it via your mobile, each strip will be able to change to colours desired. |

Well, the colors are completely off.
But I see nothing wrong if it were better executed though. If it could still look OEM when off (which I doubt), and have more accurate colors, I would totally do it and turn it on for a car meet and that sort of thing. Pretty neat idea. Definitely a negative for road use though. Could be "impersonating an emergency vehicle" |

Would have rather seen the M3/M3 logo on the grill light up then the 3 stripes. It would be more subtle and tie in nicely with the light up logos on the seats.

It's a good idea only if the grill in your mouth is the same color!!
Like others have said, not for me but maybe in a color that matches what car it's going on. Anyway it's a good effort on your part, some people will like it and others won't just like any other mods for this car. |
