Is the drivers seat slightly off center?
Is it just my imagination (Or maybe just my car?) or is the seating position slightly to the left about an inch or two of the steering wheel?

Mine is to the center of my chest.... maybe you're just not sitting square into your seat? I know when I used to have a bulky wallet, it messed with my seating position and ruined my seat as well

My position is centered... Like Amirism mentioned, a George Costanza type walled in your right rear pocket could definitely cause this.

You may want to look into your seat mounts. I find it hard to believe they could be bent, but anything's possible with the correct variables, honestly.

Check the production date. If it was made in September or October, or on a Friday, the person building it was probably drunk and installed the seat squinting through one eye...

In the e46 M3 the seat is definitely to the left. Try putting a racing seat in and centering it on the steering wheel.......you have to space the seat over to the right and you end up running into the trans tunnel before you are centered. The e92 m3 may have the same situation.

Everytime i take my accord i enjoy the view from the driver seat.
The M3 winshield is so horizontal and small you are looking through one inch of glass for everything directly facing you. |

same here. 6'3" everytime i sit in the accord i am reminded how limited my field of view is in the m3. Also seing through 1 inch of glass. I won't even talk about the seat. It fails to support the back. I have accepted the compromise knowing it's not a GT car.

No doubt the m3 seat and windshield view is good if you are a hobbit, dwarf or average size. For people 6' or more M5 is the right cabin size.

Geezus. Sounds like some of you guys should have opted for either the e60 M5, a motorized scooter, or CrossFit.
