Thanks to all the people who chimed in about whether I should buy the 2013 M3 (built mid-summer 2013) that was fully loaded. Just kinda lucked out I suppose, it being winter and nobody is looking RWD cars. They were able to do the +3 year/50k additional miles platinum (same warranty company that you get from BMW CPO) for $4k.
There are couple of small (around 1/2 inch long) light scratches that can be wet-sanded and made to look great (hard to spot already). And a few small rock chips. Other than that, the car is cherry! ZCP, Tech package, premium, CF roof, upgraded audio. Currently picking up a set of 219 wheels and snow tires from a person locally who just sold their M3, so I can enjoy it a bit this winter! Gonna just drive her stock for awhile, appreciate the M3 for how it was designed from the factory. Definitely thinking of coil-overs or lowering springs, BBS CI-R wheels 20" (have always loved those) and obviously a spoiler. Perhaps an exhaust upgrade at some point as well.
