Bluetooth TCU/MULF2 Wiring Harness

Hi there,
So I have a 09 135i (it's not pre-wired...) with option 609 (Navigation professional).

I yanked out my TCU/MULF2/Bluetooth antenna from my previous 1er, and I wanted to retrofit it in this car. I didn't take out the wiring (looks PITA and short on time), and now I'm starting to regret it because I can't seem the find the harness for sale anymore. On the new car, there's no TCU/MULF unit installed. And from what I remember, there are definitely less cables in the trunk compared to my old car.

From the research I've done, it seems like the only way to obtain the wiring harness is to hand-make them... Has anybody attempted to do this? I've gone through countless threads, and I can't seem to find a solid answer.

Plus, does the Navigation system already come with MOST? And is the Voice Control microphone the same as the telephone microphone? I would assume yes because it'd be silly to have two separate mics for different purposes.
