You can buy inexpensive bt adapters, that plug into your aux, from amazon or the like.

If you want bluetooth audio streaming, you need a Combox, and most likely a CIC unit.

Which model Combox for early 2010 n54 CIC. I saw 2 different models show up under e82 n54 on ECS.

I don't know the exact part number, but I do there is a telematics combox and a media combox. The media combox is what you want. They sell them on eBay somewhere between 200-300.

http://www.amazon.com/ViseeO-Tune2Ai...=BMW+bluetooth - $70, works with the steering wheel controls, no need for the combox upgrade. Even resumes playing when you get back into the car.

Thanks for the link. Does anyone know of any solutions to add external video to the nav screen?

How does this get power if I don't have a USB port in my 08?

Wouldnt something like this that is all-in-one work just as well as that amazon product?

In your case, yes, because you don't have the usb port. The one listed on amazon lets you see your music on the nav screen (I also think it lets you see the music on the radio lcd if you don't have the nav) and lets you control the tracks via the buttons on the steering wheel.
