Question on 295/30/20 fitment

I recently installed HRE P101 20" wheels on my M4. I went with 20 x 9.5 up front with a 20MM offset and 20 x 11 out back with 37MM offset. I am running Pirelli P zero tires 255/30/20 and 295/30/20. I had H&R M4 sport springs installed as well and the shop is telling me the rear tires are too close to the rear fender to do an alignment. They are tucked in very nicely with little room but I have no rubbing issues. I know many on this forum have simliar set ups. Has anyone experienced this isssue before? Any help would be much appreciated
