Daytona Violet F80 M3 (Updated with new pics in newest post)

Just a sampling. Light isn't the best and it is a phone camera, but I figured a DV M3 in it's natural habitat was worth documenting. Pics in the Welt (I'm cropped out, nobody wants to see that) and the others are in front of the welt or in front of Hohenschwangau Castles. I'll get proper pics when it gets home.

TY, the (many Munich beers later) typo is fixed.

For the record I got the color because this was the color of the E36 M3 on the poster on my wall in college. It had a post-it note on it that said "study damn it" and I did.

I think Golferr's boss David has that color too. He had pics of it from some meet he went to a few months ago. Looks great. Now go slam a few dozen pilsners, and see what that baby can do!

Already did (subject to break-in limits) took the Alpine back roads to the Hohenschwangau castle and back. And then the beer, not the other way around.

They are blue bicycle shoes from Allen Edmonds. Only manufacturer that makes a legit 12 EEE.

Everything next to this car is purple with envy, including my shoes. I had a really hard time leaving the Welt, due to the crowd it attracted.

Yes I am still envious of his. He had a stick (I have a bum left knee due to rugby so couldn't) and he has the light interior (my kids negated that option.)

LOL, you and I both. I had the M3 Sedan poster that was half sedan and half DTM race car. I also had the Dakar M3 Coupe poster as well. The first car I bought out of college was a 98 Cosmos Blk M3 hahahah

Opps...I didn't see anything after his initial pics, just remembered the color. So it didn't die peacefully in it's sleep?

No details were shared here other than David is a-okay. The car, well... it was mangled pretty badly. Also, the pic that was posted was quickly taken down.

Funny, because I was identified as an "enthusiast" I got a DTM M4 saftey car lap exit and escort from the Welt. Awaiting father in law pics (assuming finger was not over the lens.)
