Love this leather/alcantara hybrid version. Shown in an M2 but I hope/assume this will work in F80/F82

I hope it's a direct replacement for the F80/F82 platform. It's BMW's best steering wheel yet.

that's how the steering wheel should have been in the first place on the M3/4

It does not have an M1, M2 button so the M2 wheel wont work in an F8X model. Unless they make one specifically for our cars.

The buttons are already on your F8X, if the wheel is the same then your buttons should fit into those spots.

I hope they do. I have the full Alcantara on mine as it came with the car by mistake, I hate it. BMW is sending me the full leather wheel but this one with a mix of both looks pretty damned good.

I wish they offered a full leather wheel with the digital display and a square bottom. Insta buy. But I agree with most here, this is better than the full alcantara wheel.

No biggie, but this has the open fibre CF for the M2 and not the clear coated CF the M3/4 uses. So maybe a M3/4 wheel will be released too as all other steering wheels are made for each series.

But honestly I think the Blue Stripe is too much...

Maybe IND will be able to do a custom version without it..

and I like it on the all Alcantara wheel ... thought it would look cool with my YMB EXT..

but there is just a tad too much going on with this wheel and I think the blue stripe would have to go...

if so.... $$$ign Me up !!
