Mode Carbon Trophy S-1 on LMB
Got the Mode Carbon Trophy S-1 CF installed on my Le Mans Blue F80 yesterday. Loving the look so far. Not too aggressive but does what I was looking for. Thanks to Sam@ModeCarbon and to AutoCouture Motoring, as always.

Thanks to you all for the kind words. I have a tough driveway entry and can't lower my car. The goal was to visually "lower" the car without modifying the stock ride height. Between the chunkier front rubber (275 / 35) and black-faced wheels the front fender gap was minimized enough for my liking.
After the wheels were done I would park with a group of the F8x's (all lowered...) and feel like my car was a monster-truck. Then I got Mode's lip installed. The front looks more aggressive now, visually the car seems a little lower than just on the new wheels, and from my perspective the car looks just how it needs to. Thanks again to Mode Carbon and ACM for their above par work and customer service!

I'm not lowering mine either (maybe ZCP struts when available). Got to keep the drive ability and comfort intact to enjoy the car to the fullest. |
