F80 M3 Trunk release tension

Does anyone know how to adjust the trunk release tension on the m3? I recently closed the trunk on an m4 and it was so much easier to close. I'm sure that the lighter CFRP trunk has something to do with it.

First world problems...

Yes, you can adjust the tension so that when you open the trunk, it'll fly up quicker. There are three positions in the spring tensioner and I remember the default is in the loosest position. I adjusted mine to the firmest position and it opens and closes a lot easier.

So HOW do adjust the tension between the 3 positions?
