I can tell the op original comes from e90pos where tow hook mount is very popular but it makes the car looks so shity cheap...

That M would look so amazingly nice with license plate in the middle or without one

In California window tinting is illegal, although so many cars these days have it here, law enforcement just doesn't go looking for it anymore.

If all the BMW's in Canada characteristically quit putting front plates on, the result would probably be the same as California tinting.

Seems the violation does play a role sometimes if the officer has already found other reasons in which to pull you over, tint and front plates then become violations to add to the ticket.

I've never had a front plates on car in California ever, and have had probably 2 tinting tickets in 25 years. And the tint portion of the violation I signed off myself. That part also a joke, who knows the difference.

For safety and security I'll take tint risk all day long over non tinted vehicles! Illegal or not.

And for looks wise, the front plate will always be my extra plate put away.
