Rear speaker panel removal on Convt... video

Hi All,

Found this video and wondering IF this is the same for a 2010 1 series convertible?

My rear speaker is so bad and is affecting my 2 year old son hearing... Need to fix pronto..

Don't want to pay around $300 to fix or replace the speaker...
