What is this on my paint?

The dot thingy on my paint feels like some pointy hard boiled paint, i have 3 of these on the same fender. I had this car for less than a month and this shit happens maybe i didnt pay attention to it when i first got it! Also on my cf roof there was some big scratches on direct sun light. When i touched it with my finger pads, it felt smooth, so im gettint its on the clear coat..

IM SO OCD and everything is going downhill lol

I do wash my car with the two bucket method as well!

This is quite frustrating. I contacted my sales advisor and he told me that they need to take a look at it, im really disappointed. Idk how this would even pass their inspection. Mineral white is so hard to match, how would they even solve this? Other than that , i think the only option thatll make me satisfied is to have another brand new car lol. For me, if they wouldve painted my whole car again, i would think that it would not be original factory painting

Hard to tell from the pic, but could it be like a rock chip? It's so hard to take pics of paint defects. I noticed I have some bug and water that looks like to caked in the clear, I think it could be polished out. Makes me reconsider if I should have installed the Xpel ultimate. I am OCD too and feel exactly the same way about it. I am getting a windshield replacement bcoz it cracked and I worry that it won't be as new and good as the laser guided robot good luck w the repair and the lesson in all this for us detailed oriented folks, is to laugh it off and move on.

It's a car it's gonna get paint defects unless you never drive it relax. Get the whole car wrapped with Xpel if you're that concerned.

Update: i brought in my car to BMW, and some of the workers there including the detailing guy indeed said it was a manufacturer defect. The Sales foreman is going to take a look at it tomorrow. They concluded that it was painted which i didnt know what that meant but supposely someone painted it on top of the paint. Which caused those hard pointy things. Hopefully i can work something out. Repainting it will be my last option as i dont want it to be repainted.

It's paint defect from factory. I got one on my hood too. I bet you haven't done your break-in yet.
