Really really tiny dot bird poop/ glass problems?

Not sure what this is on my rear glass, it looks like a frosted window but its hot as hell! Its those white circled thing across the whole window. Will tint solve this issue?

Im also having problems taking off the tiniest bird poop dots all over my car, it is IMPOSSIBLE to take them off and plus i have a white car, any tip? Or should i get it professionally detailed?[IMG][/IMG]

The window is normal. The other spots might be tree sap.

"bird poop" is not bird poop...it's called rail dust, industrial fallout, orange rust spots. look into getting iron-x or clay bar the car. the window is normal.
